Hi, My name is Maxwell Kerzner Founder and Trainer of WVDT. I’ve been working with dogs for the last 15 years with a specialized focus on Clicker Training, Dog Socialization and Client Handler mechanics. I am certified in Family Dog Mediation and Certified in Trick Dog Instruction

My Methodology and philosophy is a combined approach of creating a Fun and extremely rewarding for both human and dog in a way that utilizes Positive Reinforcement and a Progressive Solution Orientated training plan. I also cater and utilize a least intrusive and minimally adversive training application to minimize unnecessary stress, frustration or challenging feelings when training the dog. I believe that having fun and enjoying the experience is a pivotal necessity to ensure a successful training experience.

My 15 years of industry experience range from Doggy daycare, Large scale boarding environments, Pet Grooming, Pack Walking, Rescue and Adoption , Veterinary Care, and my focal point being training and behavior
